High Water Absorption Resin Produced with Deep Corn processing Machinery

                     
In daily life, there are many water absorption materials, for example, towel, napkin, rag; cotton wool, diaper, sanitary towel; silica gel, calcium oxide, vitriol and molecular sieve, which are made of cheap moisture absorbed materials with a wide source.
The high water absorption resin produced with deep corn processing machinery is a macromolecule in 3D net structure which is able to absorb hundred to thousand times of water than its weight. It is a polymer synthesized by micromolecules through polymerization reaction or macromolecules through chemical reaction. Compared with common water absorption materials, the resin is excessively water reserved. Even under high pressure, it is hard to naturally spill out.
In 1661, North Research Institute of USDA started from copolymerization of starch and acrylonitrile with deep corn processing machinery. Later, Japan, Germany, France and other countries did quantities of researches in varieties, processing methods, properties and applications of super water absorbent, fulfilling fruitful results.
In 1970s, Japan carried out the research to produce high water absorption resin with deep corn processing machinery . Besides, Zhuyou Chemical Company proposed resin processing methods with crylic acid and ethenyl ethanoate; USA 00 Company got aqueous solution through copolymerization of crylic acid and EA, then they got membrane super water absorption compound when mixed with epichlorohydrin, making a big progress in synthesizing high water absorption resin with deep corn processing machinery. During the period, Japan focused on medical and sanitary materials while USA on Agriculture, Forest and gardening.
  In 1980s, It began to produce water absorption materials with natural compound or derivative like alginate, protein, chitosan through chemical reaction. Japanese SANYO Company first applied the technology to napkin, sanitary towel, swaddle, rag and handkerchief paper. In the end of 70s, many countries began to attach importance to the research, particularly Japan, America performed effective theoretical research in principles, structure and form of the resin and macromolecule water gel. Theory proposed by Tianzhonglinyi further built up basis of macromolecule gel theory, promoting development of sensitive macromolecule gel.
  China Started in the beginning of 1980s, late in this research. In the recent 20 years, approximately 20 institutes successively researched in high water absorption resin with deep corn processing machinery. Some have put into small production.
