1.High Oil Extraction Rate
The body adopts the 5/6/7/8 grade squeezing to ensure the oil in the material is fully processed. This machine shortens the processing time. The body is made longer and bigger, which improve the processing volume and reduce the damage rate.
The oil extraction rate improved 3%-5%, and the production efficiency is apparently higher than the 3/4 grade squeezing machine.
The machine lengthens the body diameter and length, adjusts the bolt gap, and improves the body pressure point to increase the production capacity.
Add the oil guide groove: to avoid the squeezed oil drop to the dry sled, the machine is added an oil guide groove which make the quick separation of oil and sled, and improve the oil extraction rate.
Add the built-in heating system: set the perfect squeezing temperature according to the different requirements of the oil material to reach the best oil production rate.
2.Reduce the squeezing cost
The speed reducing gear is an important part of the oil squeezing machine, which influences the machine’s life and cost directly. The traditional machine’s speed reducing box is spur gear, which increase the squeezing cost because of its big load, high power consumption, and large allocation power.
This oil expeller adopts the bevel gear design, which has the advantages of wear-resistant, low noise. It can balance the operation output torsion and reduce the operation load, which balance the squeezing power and save 30%-50% power than the traditional one.
Let’s have a calculation. The bevel gear oil processing machine and the spur gear oil processing machine has the same production rate. If the bevel gear machine needs 7.5kw, the spur gear should cost 11kw, then you can save 3.5kw per hour, dozens of Kw per day. That means that you can save dozen of money. So the machine can reduces the processing cost and prolongs the service life 8-10 years.
3.The deep processing degree
Grinding-in is a must operation in the process of traditional oil squeezing machine. Its operation is trifling, hard and easy to have faults, the reason is that the traditional machine’s accessory parts are processed by the punch, which leaves burr in the surface and influence the squeezing speed and normal oil extraction.

4.The Squeezing Method
Different squeezing methods: The machine has no fry, slight fry, and deep fry squeezing methods. The squeezing methods can be adjusted according to different regions’ oil eating habit. The body of the oil manufacturing machine adopts 5/6/7/8 grades structure, which can crush, press, extraction, and oil making from the oil material only once through the body.
No fry method: put the oil material into the corn oil machine and it can take normal operation.
Slight fry method: the oil material can be fried in low temperature. Heating the material to 60℃—90℃, then they can be squeezed fully once only.
Deep fry method: The normal operation can be taking after frying the material. The hot squeezing has higher oil rate, quality and good taste than the cold squeezing. In China, most regions take the hot squeezing except for the northeast area.
5. Oil quality
The corn oil machine integrates squeezing and refining together. It has the advantages of dephosphorization, off acid refining process.
