YTZF 28-40 Maize Posho Mill Machine with Diesel Engine

　　Application Introduction: This is a China Win Tone Machinery fabricated posho mill. Posho mill is our newly developed grain processing equipment. It is combined together with a huller machine which removes the outer covering of the maize seed (testa) so as to mill flour.

　　It is either powered by a diesel engine of 32hp or an electric motor of 22kw high speed. It can make high quality super white maize meal,breakfast meal,roller meal,very good for making Fufu,Ugali,Unga etc Staple Africa food.

　　It can be used for a variety of corn, miscellaneous grains, wheat, soybeans, broad beans, sorghum to complete the impurities, de-embryo, peeling, milling and other processes,which is widely used in rural households, small processing plants, grain and oil stores and supermarkets.

　　This posho mill machine can crushe, grade, peel, and finally make corn meal (30-60 mesh). The obtained corn flour is a raw material for the food of African local people such as Schima, fufu and the like. Moreover, the fineness of corn flour can be adjusted to meet the needs of different users. This machine is equipped with corn peeler and degerminator and cornmeal grinder, combined with peeling system, milling system and wind net dust removal system with rapid and clean production process. It can be used for both wet and dry with features of high output and low power consumption.

　　Posho Mill Machine Working Process:

　　1. The clean part:

　　To clean out the middle and small impurity from maize. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, maize was bitten by insect and so on. Includes beating, screening, destoner, magnetic separator and dampening.this section is make the maize to prepare for milling part and to protect the machinery as well.

　　2.The Peeling part:

　　To remove and degerminate maize bran and germ.

　　3. The flour milling part:

　　Include different number of mill and sifter to mill the maize and separate the flour and bran.

　　(1) Mill: mill the maize to break the integrity by the roller moving

　　(2) Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to ensure flour quality
