　　Technological Flow Chart:

　　Naked oats → pre-cleaning and fine-cleaning → dehulling → washing → spin-drying → thermal treatment of enzyme deactivation → cutting → steaming → flaking → drying → cooling → packaging → waste treatment.

　　Core equipment of oat flakes production line is oat flakes machine, which adopts totally enclosed safety protection. Its tooth roller design has the reasonable inner tooth-reverse form. It has fine workmanship, high yield, reliable performance and can produce qualified oat flakes.

　　Technological Process:

• Pre-cleaning: High-capacity grain cleaner is suitable for separating coarse impurities, sand, low-density matter and for grading oats by size. Delivery of pre-cleaned grain from warehouse to workshop (bucket conveyors, screw conveyors);
• Fine-cleaning part : oats weighing and cleaning (doser, cleaning machines, magnetic cleaning machines, air separators and stone separator );
• Dehulling and sorting (roll hullers, centrifugal hullers, air separators, sifting machines );

　　1. A centrifugal dehuller eliminates the indigestible hull from the kernel; In the process, the husk is separated from the kernel.Unhulled oats are passed a second time through the dehuller.

　　2. The color sorter removes the particles of different colors in classified oat grains.

　　3. During operation, the quality of the finished oats is controlled according to the material flow rate and the color sorting effect.

• Hydrothermal treatment of grain (bin of pre-heating of grain, steamer, dryer completed with cooler) increases shelf life, reduces their total germ count, and produces an outstanding taste.
• Cutting, aspiration and grading. The groats cutter cuts the husked oats. An indented separator removes the uncut groats.
• Steaming oats (steamer): Uniform steaming ensures optimal preparation of the product prior flaking.
• Flaking Processing: In the flaking roller mill, starch gelatinization promotes the food-specific values of the oats. The steamer in conjunction with the flaking roller mill and the fluid-bed dryer fulfills the highest sanitation requirements and ensures a consistent flake quality.
• Cooling and packaging of flakes (thickener, packing machine);

　　Oat Flakes Roller Mill Working Principle

　　First, steamed oat kernels passes the feeding device of the oat flakes machine, and is sent continuously and evenly to the place between the two rollers which have certain interval and pressure, and the oats are rolled into flakes.Then it has a centralized processing by scraper device and enters the next section.

　　Second, if there are other hards impurities mixing into the material and entering between the two rollers, then the hard matter will force the two rollers to be affected by a reactive force.

　　Third, it struts the tooth rollers forcibly by hydraulic system (or spring effect) so as to make the tooth roller, shaft block and bolt have effective protection. After the hard matter passing, the tooth rollers recover to the normal working station automatically.
